A vital Value Added Benefit to our customers
We believe that to realise the true benefits of your new multifunctional device, and get the best return on investment in new technology and software, that full customer/operator training is essential.
We therefore ensure that all new installations receive on-site training by one of our own highly trained team of Customer Training Officers (CTOs).
Alternatively, we are happy to organise off-site training at one of our 4 fully equipped showrooms, if this option would be preferred.
Their responsibility is to ensure that key operators are fully trained on all aspects of their new equipment so that they know how to extract the maximum productivity and performance out of it. They are also available for ongoing operator training, if required.
All of our CTOs are fully manufacturer trained in the products and associated network print, scanning and fax upgrade options and bundled software and will ensure that maximum user productivity is achieved in a very short space of time.
