Our quarterly customer survey asks customers to rate our services and offer suggestions as to how we can improve any aspect of our customer service.
For example, one issue recently raised was a confusion over invoicing. This was dealt with straight away, the billing arrangements are being altered and the customer is delighted.
Indeed meter reading & invoice billing are highly rated by our customers with a score of 81% 'excellence', which is another year-on-year improvement.
Another customer stated that he was "More than happy with the service you already provide to us". Alan Scott of Carnegie College also mentioned that over many years Capital Solutions has provided better value and levels of service than other suppliers.
