Capital Document Solutions is now a member of the Scottish Federation of Housing Associations (SFHA)

The SFHA is the national representative body for Scotland’s housing sector.  It was established in 1975 and exists to support the work of housing associations and co-operatives by providing services, advice and policy guidance.

As the largest Scottish independent supplier of multifunctional photocopiers, printers, scanners, print and electronic document management software, Capital can meet all of your document needs.

With six branches in Scotland and over 200 employees, we were delighted to be awarded the Government Opportunities “Best Service” Award for 2012/13.

Capital is a successful supplier on the Scottish Government’s Scottish Procurement National Framework Agreement for Office Equipment- PS-12-008-01-2. The framework was designed for the Scottish Public Sector, Charities and Housing Associations to simplify acquiring office equipment, reduce costs and ensure the best possible advice on the most suitable print solutions.

Many Scottish Housing Associations including GHA, Key, Bield and West of Scotland Housing Association have already benefited from our high quality service and support in combination with the special framework terms and conditions.
