Scotland’s leading office equipment supplier, Capital Document Solutions, has enlisted the services of one of the country’s top business gurus in a bid to enhance its corporate vision and culture.
Fergus King, a leading business coach, is working with Capital as it aims to continue with the growth of the company into new markets.
The project will look at building on a strong business vision and culture. This is a key step in maximising the growth of both income and equity value in a recovering economy.
Fergus, is a partner in Shirlaws business coaching firm.
He is one of the most experienced business coaches in the UK. He supports directors and their teams to design and implement changes to achieve their desired professional and personal outcomes.

“I’ve been working with Capital for around nine months to support the firm through a period of growth and development.”
Capital decided to look at its own business culture. They took inspiration from American business mogul, Warren Buffett, who said that “culture is everything” at his company Berkshire Hathaway.
