One of Scotland’s leading folk musicians is set to perform to hundreds of people. This is part of an event backed by Capital Document Solutions.
Caledonia star Dougie MacLean will appear at the Glasgow Royal Concert Hall on Saturday, June 7 2014. The internationally-renowned singer, songwriter and composer will also be joined by conductor John Logan and the Royal Scottish National Orchestra (RSNO).
Born in Dunblane, Dougie MacLean has performed at prestigious venues around the world, including Carnegie Hall in New York, London’s Festival Theatre and also the Sydney Opera House. In 2011, he was awarded an OBE for services to music and charity in Scotland.

The Royal Scottish National Orchestra is one of Europe’s leading symphony orchestras. Formed in 1891 as the Scottish Orchestra, the company became the Scottish National Orchestra in 1950. It was also awarded Royal Patronage in 1991.
