Our Lifetime Guarantee

All Approved Used devices are supplied with our unique Lifetime Guarantee.

You therefore have complete assurance, that should your device not perform to the manufacturer’s standards for the duration of your guarantee, we will replace it, free of charge with a similar model.

Our Lifetime Guarantee includes all aspects of service, repair and maintenance. Your device will be covered for a total page volume, or for a fixed term, whichever occurs first.

The Lifetime Guarantee lasts for either 3 or 5 years.
