Hundreds of guests will pack into one of Scotland’s biggest concert venues this month for a Scottish celebration, sponsored by Capital Document Solutions.
Legendary Scottish folk duo Aly Bain and Phil Cunningham will help partygoers celebrate St. Andrew’s Day with a fun-filled evening of music, jigs and reels on Saturday, November 28 at Glasgow’s Royal Concert Hall.
Tom Flockhart, founder and managing director of Capital Document Solutions, said: “Phil and Aly are two of Scotland’s most recognisable musicians and they have brought joy to many celebrations over the years; it promises to be a memorable occasion with the duo leading the St. Andrew’s day festivities.
“We are thrilled to continue working with the RSNO, a partnership which has blossomed and benefitted both parties over the years.”
The Royal Scottish National Orchestra is one of Europe’s leading symphony orchestras. Formed in 1891 as the Scottish Orchestra, the company became the Scottish National Orchestra in 1950, and was awarded Royal Patronage in 1991.
Throughout its proud history, the orchestra has played an important part in Scotland’s musical life, including performing at the opening ceremony of the Scottish Parliament building in 2004.
