SFHA Finance Conference 2019 competition – Terms and Conditions

We’re running a competition at the 2019 SFHA Finance Conference conference, giving one person the chance to win an Amazon Echo Show. For your chance to win just stop by Stand 8 at the conference on Tuesday 12th and Wednesday 13th of November and pop your business card or details into our bowl. 

1. The competition runs between Tuesday the 13th and Wednesday 14th of November 2019
2. The competition is open only to SFHA Finance Conference attendees who leave their details at our stand
3. There will be one winner
4. The winner will receive an Amazon Echo Show 5 in white
5. To enter, participants must leave their business card or details in our bowl which will be on our stand
6. Multiple entries will be accepted however you can only win once
7. All entries received by the end of the conference on Wednesday 13th of November will be collated into a spreadsheet and assigned a number. The winner will be selected completely at random by an online result generator
8. The winning result is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
9. The winner will be contacted by the 22nd of November 2019. All reasonable endeavours will be made to contact the winner during this time via email or phone (where these details are known to us). If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 30 days of us first contacting them, we reserve the right to select another winner from the entries that were received before the Closing Date.
10. The prize will be dispatched to the winner by the 20th of December 2019, assuming we’ve been able to contact them during this time. If you disclose a postal address solely for the purpose of winning this competition, we will delete it from our systems within 30 days of dispatching your prize.
11. We may publish entries and the winner’s name on our website, social media accounts and marketing materials. We believe it’s important for all participants that competitions are run transparently, so our lawful basis under the GDPR for sharing these details is legitimate interests. 12. No cash prize will be substituted.
13. These terms and conditions are subject to change without further notice. We will only do this in exceptional circumstances and will make every effort not to alter significant terms and conditions.
