Canon has named us as their preferred supplier for their range of wide-format print devices in Scotland. Adding to our existing portfolio of award-winning wide-format printers we can also offer the latest in wide-format print technology from our partners Canon.

We were named a Canon Gold Partner earlier this year and will be working closely with Ian Innes – Canon’s wide-format specialist in Scotland.

Canon Gold Partner 2019

We have recently installed the Océ ColorWave 3500 in our Edinburgh showroom. Part of the 3000 range of versatile, intelligent printers engineered for demanding production planning tasks and smooth workflows with impressive environmental efficiency.

Océ ColorWave 3000 series

This series includes two models, the Océ ColorWave 3500 and the Océ ColorWave 3700, which both provide one easy to use system for printing, scanning, and copying. The devices are extremely versatile making them ideal for organisations in a wide range of industries from architecture, engineering, construction and manufacturing to advertising and graphic arts.

Versatile capabilities

From drawings, maps and masterplans to posters, banners and even wrapping paper, these devices can print it all. They mix applications and can run large print jobs interruption-free.

The ColorWave 3000 series uses unique toner pearls which are heated and then jetted onto your print media with extreme precision. The toner pearls ensure instant dry, water and scratch-resistant prints with no feathering ideal for both indoor and outdoor use.

Intelligent technology

The Océ Print Assistant feature automatically applies the right print job to your media requirements, reducing the time an operator needs to manually intervene.

Océ Image Logic scanning technology will produce superior results by optimising every pixel scanned and fixing dark backgrounds and faults without losing information. This is particularly useful when you need to work from detailed markups.

Environmental efficiency

Traditional toner is replaced by unique toner pearls in these devices which don’t create any fine dust or residue and are completely non-toxic. All of these powerful features are housed in devices that have been awarded the ENERGY STAR print engine label for low energy use and their low noise levels make for a comfortable working environment.

Both models in the series are made with metal, not plastic and can be easily re-manufactured, playing their part in the Circular Economy rather than ending up in a landfill.
