Work Controller / Planner - Aberdeen

Work Controller / Planner - Aberdeen

We are looking for someone with great customer service skills, ideally with experience in a similar call handling role, to become the Work Controller and Call Planner for the Aberdeen branch of Capital Document Solutions.

You will receive service calls from a large range of clients who require assistance for the copier/printer/scanner devices we have installed in their premises or who wish to order consumables for the devices. The next stage is to take the calls through to fruition by logging them on our database and allocating them to a team of field maintenance engineers or IT support specialists to action within our specified customer response times. You will monitor and report response times to ensure our service obligations are met.

In addition, you will assist in the control of branch stores and parts through accurate record keeping and ordering of essential stock to enable engineers to have machines successfully up and running again after just one visit, wherever possible.
