Receptionist/Office Support Assistant - Edinburgh

We are looking for someone who has previous experience in both reception and secretarial roles, to
join our team as a Receptionist/Office Support Assistant, based in our Edinburgh HQ in McDonald
Road, Edinburgh.

You would manage the Reception Desk and greet visitors and callers to the Edinburgh Office. When
required, you would provide secretarial support to our Sales Team.

Store Person - Edinburgh

Store Person - Edinburgh

We currently have two full time Storeman vacancies which will be based in our Edinburgh HQ (McDonald Road).

The key duties for these roles would be receipting, checking, storing, handling and issuing of consumables, spare parts and machinery. You would also be required to maintain inventory records and stock levels. You will be required to deal with both internal and external customer enquiries. You would also be responsible for the implementation of the company’s environmental emergency situation action plan with regards to chemical spills around the outside of the company’s Edinburgh HQ (refer intranet for the detailed action plan).

Previous stores experience would be advantageous, although full training will be provided.

Sales enablement is the strategic, ongoing and cross-functional process of providing sales teams with the content, information, training and technology they need to succeed and deliver in line with our Sales Strategy Goals. One of the many essential roles of any sales led organisation is that of the Sales Enablement Co-Ordinator. Due to their deep immersion in the day-to-day activity of generating sales and revenues, Sales Enablement Co-Ordinators are critical in building support and momentum for some of the key initiatives that drive behaviours, activity and results on the frontline. They therefore become the ‘support glue’ between the Sales and Technology Teams in ensuring we maximise on our investments in IT Services to support Sales growth.

This is a full- time role, working 37.5 hours per week (08.30am – 5pm).
