Our Approved Used devices originate from our own customer base. Then they are fully refurbished in-house in our very own Re-furbishment Centres.

Our Lifetime Guarantee
All our approved used devices also come with our unique Lifetime Guarantee.
You therefore have complete assurance. Should your device not perform to the manufacturer’s standards for the duration of your guarantee, we will replace it, free of charge with a similar model.
Our Lifetime Guarantee includes includes all aspects of service, repair and maintenance. Your device will be covered for a total page volume, or for a fixed term, whichever occurs first.
The Lifetime Guarantee lasts for either 3 or 5 years.
